The “DSP inside” our SPECTRA long range locator
does it all: it makes millions automatic corrections to the output frequency when it operates, to match the metal programmed, and produces a signal accurate to 0,1 Hz. The result?
only the selected metal is stimulated and no faults.

Digital Frequency Synthesis:
scan for gold, silver, copper, bronze, iron, lead, aluminum, diamonds, water, void & other elements.
The frequency is fine adjustable by the user at 1 Hz steps.

Digital Ground Balance:
analyses ground conditions and automatically selects and visualizes the appropriate waveform to avoid false readings from minerals.

Auto Power On to the ground - APO:
SPECTRA long range locator has no “POWER ON” key. it makes a check to the ground conditions, and turns on automatically
only in good conductive ground, that absorbs the signal. SPECTRA needs not any probes, cables, filters, external battery:
It is a compact design easy to handle. It detects to all directions. The signal transmits at 360 degrees radius,
the user is not limited to only one direction.

Τhe “GROUND BALANCING” function. SPECTRA gold locator analyses both the soil mineral content
& level of wetness, the result appears as GROUND VALUE identification number, on a scale 00 to 99.

This identification number informs the user of the ground type to be scanned.

     
 
 

The advertised long range locators on the market, are nothing else than frequency generators, simple constructions that

are not specialized for ground use. Soils have varying combinations of wetness and minerals. Operating frequency

generators, it’s signal transmits on conductive ground but doesn’t penetrate at all on loose ground, or on high mineralized

soils user receives false target indications.

The DGB - digital ground balancing feature, was developed for SPECTRA long range locator to assist the reliable target

indication,
to maintain maximum range and stable operation regardless of the ground type. Even further the "SPECTRA track" system,

completes the ground balancing accurately, by selecting variable waveforms on the transmit frequency to match the soil.

SPECTRA long distance locator features a worldwide cutting edge technology invention: DFS “Digital Frequency Synthesis”.
The only long range metal detector on the market with signal output from a DSP microprocessor, which is fast enough

to run 40 million instructions per second, performing corrections to frequency accuracy automatically.

Every metal has its own specific molecular frequency, up to present long range locators were unable to maintain

molecular frequency signal stable enough to make visible only the desired target, faults were common practice

from minerals and “ghost” targets
due to solar storms and magnetic fields.

Select the metal mode and a counter informs when the SPECTRA locator signal has put enough energy

to the ground to start scanning the target. When the counter stops the electromagnetic field is strong

enough the message “START SCANNING” alerts the operator to pinpoint the target. All other metal

objects in the area are eliminated, and the desired element absorbed enough energy to become visible.

Receiving Antenna Rods

 

The rods are powered by the Power Module, they are 45 cm long and plated with a special gold layer therefore not suffering oxidation from the human skin PH.

The purpose of the rods is to indicate to the operator that he has faced
the energy line between the SPECTRA probe and the target.
The rods are held steady and balanced at waist level, and slightly in front of the operator. They are held pointed in a forward direction parallel to each other, and at a distance of 8 to 18 inches apart.
The rods will cross when enter the target line.

Power Module

 

This unit's purpose is to power the Antenna Rods. This way the system
is not self-potential. By increasing user conductivity, the power module permits everyone to be a successful user.

Power module features a new Weight Check Control (W.C.C)
The power module can determine a target's weight after a target indication has been verified. The weight check is controlled by a rotary knob on the power module.

Set low amplification and only large quantities in Kilograms are located.
Select high amplification and smaller quantities corresponding to grammars also are realized. The unit contains a 9VDC battery for a power supply.
